I never expeected Lillian's first haircut to be given to her by her brother. Yes, Ryan cut so much of Lillian's hair off yesterday. Not sure how he got the scissors to do it, but he went to town on her beautiful hair. He told us he was playing hair cut place with her. I have no clue what, if anything, I can do to help fix the problem since it is so much and so short.
