Kauai

Rob and I spent a week in Kauai while the kids stayed at home with their Grandparents.  We had a wonderful time, and if you ever go to Hawaii, you have to spend some time on Kauai.  It is by far the most beautful place I have ever been.  Every time we turned around, it was even more beautiful and breathtaking.  We missed the kids so much, but managed to enjoy every minute of our much needed vacation!

Last Day of School

Ryan had a great last day of school.  They had a party, celebrated all summer birthdays (according to Ryan, it was his "school birthday party"), and had a jungle theme celebration.  They watched the movie and wore the adorable t-shirts that they panted in school a few days prior.  Ryan said he will miss his teachers and is already asking what his teachers' names are for next year.  He ia also super excited that Lillian will be at his school next year too.  Here is a picture of Ryan and Ms. Bobbie and Ms. Kelly on his last day.  Ryan truly enjoyed this year at school and we look forward to next!

Happy Mother's Day

The moment a child is born, the mother is also born. She never existed before. The woman existed, but the mother, never. A mother is something absolutely new. ~Rajneesh

My two amazing children, Ryan and Lillian. They make my job pretty amazing.  How lucky I am.
