Grandma and Grandpa Reckers Visit

Grandma and Grandpa Reckers flew in for a visit last week. To say that Ryan loved them would be an understatement. He was obsessed with them! When they left he was super sad. At one point he was holding a picture of them and was staring at it for a couple of minutes (for Ryan that is a very long time) he then turned to me and started crying giant elephant tears. It was so sad to see his realization that they left. We were holding out for some nice weather while they were in town, but it never came our way, so we bundled up and enjoyed a soggy park Sunday afternoon anyway.
